Our friend, Aaron, introduced us to this Tennessee favorite. Spaghetti with smoked pulled pork, smothered in a tangy barbeque style spaghetti sauce. Served with grilled garlic bread.

Smoked Meat Loaf
A generous portion of our hickory smoked meat loaf, served with mashed potatoes, gravy, Grandma's green beans and a jalapeno corn bread muffin.

Thursday      

Hot Pork Sandwich
Made with our slow smoked pulled pork, the hickory smoke gives this blue plate favorite a different twist. Sandwiched between bread and served with mashed, gravy, corn and roasted peppers.

Friday           

Smoked Philly Cheese Sandwich
Made with slowly cooked hickory smoked beef brisket and served with sauteed peppers and onions and then topped off with pepper jack cheese. Served with french fries.
